Our Method
Facilitate — twice monthly meetings
that provide connections in a safe
environment that fosters self-expression,
knowledge, personal
experiences, and caregiver challenges.
(Meetings are at no cost to caregivers.)
Supply — accessible information on
local resources, in-home care options,
memory care facilities, and private/
government funding resources.

Team — with other agencies that:
- Supply facilities for our caregiver
and board meetings - Supply activity programs for loved
ones with dementia
Examples

On-site care and support for loved
ones by trained volunteers during
caregiver meetings.
Assistance:
- Locating day care and home care
- Locating respite care
- Locating financial support
Education:
- How to care for loved ones with
memory loss - Ways to manage stress
- What a memory care facility is
- End-of-life planning

- Education materials
